The cliff side was his main relaxing getaway spot in paradise, isolated and empty as the calming sounds of the ocean tides could be heard. His head was buried in her chest, greedily sucking the soft skin under her collarbone as her damp shirt was slid down to her shoulder.

She gasped breathlessly as she straddled his lap and ran her fingers through his damp brown hair. Her mind was blank, plagues with thoughts of only him.

"Teresa...." He moaned her name as his mouth started wandering downwards, nipping lightly on the soft skin over her heart. She slowly glanced at him, her eyes heavy lidded as she noticed him nipping a kiss mark over her heart.

"Your....your so beautiful...." Thomas muttered softly, mesmerised by her beautiful blue eyes.
"Shut up." Teresa giggled as she pulled his head closer to hers, their noses gently brushing. She slanted her mouth against his, hungrily as she twirled strands of his damp hair. He moaned, returning her kiss with equal passion as her sweet taste invaded his mouth once again.

His tongue desperately demanded more of her, loving her taste as he deepened the kiss. She moaned into his mouth, feeling his large hand under her shirt and caressing her bare skin. They drowned in one another until their lungs gasped for air. They were both breathing heavily, their lips swollen as they stared at each other.

She quietly yawned, breaking the comfortable silence as her cheeks flushed red in embarrassment. He chuckled at her red flushed cheeks and slowly lifted her off his lap before he scooped her into his arms.

"Tom, I can walk...." Teresa whispered, quietly as she frowned at him. Her head rested against his chest, her blue eyes feeling sleepy as she slowly wrapped her arms around his neck.

"It's ok, Teresa. I've got you...." Thomas whispered back, softly as he tightened his hold on her. He pressed a light kiss on her forehead and walked towards their hut with her in his arms. She didn't reply and just listened to his steady heart beat, soothing her to sleep.

Thomas silently glanced at the girl in his arms, finding her asleep as he carried her towards the camp. His focus on getting her to their hut and tucked into bed together. He gently pushed a loose strand of her soft raven hair behind her ear and stared at her in adoration.

"Thomas...." She muttered under her breath as she buried her face in his chest, still asleep. He felt heat rise onto his cheeks, hearing her mumble his name in her sleep. She was dreaming about him. His stroll back to camp ended as he saw the huts enter his vision and turned to walk towards their own hut. He slept better with her in his arms.

Brenda silently stared at them from afar as she noticed them entering the camp late. She saw Thomas carrying a sleeping Teresa in his arms, coming from the direction of the cliff side. The adoration plastered across Thomas's face caught her attention as she watched him caress Teresa's cheek lovingly, still walking to his hut.

Jealousy and bitterness spread through her chest, she wanted Thomas to look at her like he looks at Teresa. Brenda couldn't refuse the truth any longer, Teresa's words from their last conversation stuck in her mind. She never had any chance.

"Let me open the door for you, Thomas." Brenda spoke, quietly as she noticed he was failing to open the door without dropping his precious cargo.
"Thank you." Thomas responded, a small smile on his face as he glanced at her.

He gently lay Teresa onto the bed, watching her shift slightly to his side of the bed as if she was drawn to him. His brown eyes held a soft glimmer as he saw her clutch the bedsheets where he would sleep.

"She's quite something." Brenda whispered as she saw the soft expression on Thomas's face. She glanced at the sleeping girl in the bed and sighed annoyed.
"She is...." Thomas muttered, softly as he continued to stare at her. He saw her eyelashes flutter and her dark raven hair spilling against the bed, making her look mesmerising.

Brenda silently left, not wanting to watch Thomas in a lovestruck trance any longer. Her chest felt heavy, knowing she was defeated and not wanted by him.

It would take time for her feelings to disappear, to be able to be just friends with him again as she would move on with her life. Thomas only saw one girl in his eyes and it wasn't her.
