Sometimes longing could be intense.
He ran his fingers through her soft hair, wrapping the raven strands around them and gripping it tightly as his mouth descended on hers. He kissed her greedily...hungrily, unable to get enough of her in that moment. The more he tasted her, the more he wanted her.
Teresa moaned as she returned his kiss with equal passion, her tongue demanding and receiving more of him. His hands roamed over her hips with a gentleness that seemed to set her on fire, her fingers threading through his brown hair and holding him where she wanted him.
Thomas was completely lost to her as he pinned her to the wall, his hands caressing her hips then gripping her thighs before lifting them to wrap around his waist. He laced his fingers with hers, pinning their joined hands near her head against the wall as he grinded his hips against hers.
"Teresa..." He moaned her name, quietly as he left her lips and planted a hot, wet trail of kisses along her jaw and neck.
He had never wanted someone as badly as he wanted her and now it was finally happening. After so much time of wanting and denying both of them, they were finally surrendering to the love and passion that had been lit inside of them almost from the very beginning.
His breathing was ragged, almost frantic with the feverish desire that was pounding through his veins.
"I love you," He murmured over and over again between nipping kisses along her throat with her fingers lost in his hair. "I've loved you...for so long.""Tom...I love you too," She gasped his name, breathlessly as she grinded her hips against him. "Please...I need you..."
Releasing his hold on her hands, he carried her gently to his bed and laid her down beneath him. He began removing his clothes, desperate to continue what had been building and growing between them for far too long.
Pausing to pull his shirt over his head, he looked down at Teresa to find her blue eyes staring lifelessly up at him.
"Teresa?" He questioned her name in confusion, his hands moving to cradle her pale angelic face. "Teresa!"Pulling his hands back, he looked down to find them covered in blood...her blood.
"No!" he screamed in horror as he began instinctively looking for her injuries.Dark red blood bloomed over the front of her shirt, causing panic to race through him. He quickly opened her shirt, horrified at the gaping wounds in her chest and abdomen. No one could ever survive such severe injuries.
He grabbed his shirt and pressed it to her wounds in a futile effort to stop the flow of blood, but it did no good.
"Tom?" She whispered, her voice hoarse and fading. "I love you...never forget...I love you more than anything in this world.""No! Teresa...stay with me...please," He begged her, tears streaming down his face and gathered her in his arms. "Don't leave me...don't leave me...please...I love you. I'm so sorry."
"I only ever cared for...." She whispered as she caressed his cheek with bloody fingers, a sad remorseful smile on her face as she stared up at him. Her pulse dimmed under his fingers and her breathing became shallower. Tears streamed down her cheeks as her beautiful blue eyes sparkled with more unshed tears.
"No!" Thomas screamed abruptly awake, lunging up out of his bed and clutched the bedsheets. His chest was heaving, his body trembling uncontrollably as he frantically looked around his bedroom for her.
Sweat trickled down his chest and forehead as he struggled to catch his breath. He rubbed his face with his hands to find it wet, licking his dry lips to find them salty with tears that he had no idea that he'd shed.
He gulped in deep breaths in an attempt to regain some sort of control over his trembling body, reminding himself that it was only a dream. Unfortunately, it had been all too real and he knew that she wasn't here anymore. In this world anymore. All because of him.
Thomas leaned forward, holding his pounding head in his hands. His heart continued to hammer wildly in his chest, numbness fogging his mind and making it hard to think straight. She was gone. So why couldn't he move on?
He couldn't stop the shiver that rolled through him with the thought. It was like a constant ache in his chest. He needed her in his life like he needed his next breath.
It had been a few months since they arrived in Paradise, declaring the vacant island as their new home and he thought they could live happily from now on. Everyone did except him. He became withdrawn, hardly talking to other citizens and just kept working on his assigned duties.
Thomas fell back against the pillows, staring up at the wooden ceiling as he tried to clear his mind of her mesmerising image. He hadn't slept well at all since coming back from the wreckage of WICKED, his sleep restless and his dreams haunted with visions of Teresa's death.
Everything suddenly came crashing into him and all he could do was revive in the memories of the girl he left behind. He had no idea how he could move on when every time he closed his eyes, he saw her.
Author's Note: Hi, please do comment what you think so far of the story! It really helps motivate me by hearing your thoughts. This is my first time writing a story and based on the Movies.
I personally love the ship Thomesa and understand Teresa's reasons. I love the relationship between the two and how beautiful it is that they still care about each other even through the hardships they have.
The death cure movie ending made me cry and I felt Thomas's pain but I'm glad they captured their essence of Thomesa and how they look at each other, it's so perfect. The books however, broke my heart and made me feel sorry for her.
I dislike Brenda and how she took Teresa's place because Thomas clearly rejected her repeatedly especially in the crank club by saying 'Your not her' and to me, he likes her as a good friend. Especially I hate her character in the books.
I'm sorry for rambling but I just wanted to state my thoughts and vent my own ideas into a story. I might get hate for loving Thomesa so much but this is my favourite ship and everyone is allowed to have their own opinions. I'm hoping to update soon :)
P.s. this probably my first time writing smut content in a book so I hope it's not too bad and you still enjoy the story.
