The council room was peacefully quiet, faint sounds of people busy with their day could be heard in the distance. She was looking at some wedding plan papers, her legs over Thomas's thigh as she silently sat next to him.

She briefly noticed Thomas talking to Minho about some details as they looked at the mapping papers they collected so far, doing their job as runners. His large hand lay on her thigh, her skirt slightly riding up as his other hand held a important paper.

It felt natural and comfortable in this position, working in each other's company and staying close to one another. Minho glanced at the pair, amused at the sight as he honestly thought they looked already married.

"I have some good news, shanks. Wanna hear?" Minho spoke, cheekily as he just remembered he had to tell the two something important. It took a lot of effort for him to make this important thing happen, hopefully they liked it.

"What is it?" Thomas responded, curiously as he glanced at Minho. He briefly saw Teresa staring at Minho, waiting for him to tell them what it was.  Minho quietly bought out a small storage box and placed it on the table before pushing it towards Thomas.

"Your wedding rings. You're welcome, you ugly shank." Minho spoke, calmly as he chuckled at the shocked look on Thomas's face. He noticed Teresa staring at the box with a small smile on her face.
"How?" Thomas whispered, quietly as he brought the box closer and opened it. It revealed sliver plain rings.

"Found a old pair of rings and used heat to change the sizes. It took a while to do." Minho responded, grinning as he stared at them. The builders may have also helped him along the way, remembering him and Gally almost breaking the metal of the rings.

"It's beautiful...." Teresa whispered, softly as she stared at the rings. It was a symbol of love and commitment that would connect her to Thomas.
"Thank you, Minho." Thomas muttered, quietly as he stared at the box and clutched it in his hand.

"It's my job as your best man and future godfather." Minho spoke, grinning as he lightly punched Thomas's arm. He chuckled at Teresa's red flushed cheeks at his words, godfather. Thomas grinned at him, half heartedly punched his arm back as he chuckled at Minho's words.

"We should get started on doing that once we are married, Teresa." He muttered, quietly as he smirked at her red flushed cheeks.
"Tom...." She whispered, a half hearted glare at him as she lightly hit his arm, making Thomas laugh. Her cheeks were flushing red at the mere thought of making a child with Thomas, something she always secretly wanted and hoped she would in the future.

"We'll see...."She muttered, softly as she pressed a light kiss on his aching lips. Her heart felt lighter, knowing he wanted something special like that with her. She watched his brown eyes darkened at the kiss, making her slightly shiver as he stared at her pink lips.

He slowly started leaning into her, wanting more of her as her face shifted closer and closer to his until their lips were few inches apart.
A loud cough suddenly broke their focus, causing them to turn their heads towards a smirking Minho.

Minho snickered at their red faces, watching them become lost in each other as they forgot he was still here. It was hilarious. Teresa's cheeks flushed red in embarrassment, finding it hard to resist Thomas as she glanced at Minho.

"Well I think we're done for today, shank. Everything is all in order." Minho spoke, calmly as he piled up the papers on the table. He turned to look at them, noticing them staring at each other as he realised they were talking to each other in their heads again.

Thomas quickly scooped her up into his arms as she giggled, playfully ruffling his brown hair. He grinned at her, trying to duck his head out of her way as he slowly carried her to their hut. Their laughs could be heard in the distance as Minho shook his head, amused at their antics. He couldn't wait till he was a godfather.
