What Chase didn't expect was to be surprised today. But here we are.
"Daddy!"
Chase looks up immediately, hearing the sound of his kid. The feel of a child's arms wrap around him and he smiles happily, moving to hold the kid back.
He holds his child close, never wanting to let go. Tears of joy fall from his eyes and the sound of his kid telling stories fills his heart.
"That sounds amazing buddy" Chase smiles, patting his kids head. The smile of his child makes him feel even better.
"Want to go play games?"
The day is spent happily, playing games and even getting pizza at one point. But, the important question.
How did his kid show up? Stacy has custody and there is no way she would've done this herself..
"Did you have fun?"
Chase turns to see the glitch standing there, drinking from a soda can. He squints his eyes, not sure what he wants.
"Yeah, why're you asking?" Chase watches as Anti giggles and steps into the room.
"Oh, just want to make sure it was all good.." He looks down at the sleeping kid, almost fondly which throws Chase off. "You don't see them often."
"Yeah.." He nods, and glances at his kid. Everything Anti is doing just makes Chase even more confused. "What do you mean all good?"
Anti smirks slightly. "I've been meaning to let off some steam, but got stuck with a certain kid in my possession because of it.. I thought that I knew at least one person who would want a kid around-"
Chases eyes widen, realizing what Anti had done for him.
"You did this?!"
Anti glances at Chase. "Not to the cops." He smiles and starts walking away. Leaving Chase with his kid.
"Thanks.." He mutters, not sure if Anti heard him but he'll thank him later. He wants to spend time with his kid.
It was a good day to know a criminally inclined glitch.
