"Lauser." Dinah called, cutting the raven off her thoughts, and placing her headphones down.

"Yeah?" Lauren replied as she looked at Dinah.

"I received letters from Miami High." Dinah said, while she tossed the other envelop towards Lauren.

"What's this?" The raven asked as she looked at the Polynesian who flopped on her bed.

"Open it." Lauren nodded before opening the letter.

You are greatly invited to the alumni reunion this coming April 15th, 2023. The Event is held for our Senior Adviser Ms. Thomspson for her 84th birthday. As per tradition, the following students are requested by Ms. Emma to perform for her:

"Well damn." Lauren chuckled before looking at the calendar, it was already April 12, which meant they had time to prepare.

"Are we going?" Dinah asked, while Lauren shrugged.

"Do you want to?" It was Dinah's turn to shrug.

"I mean Mrs. Thompson requested 20 of us to sing, she probably won't notice if we won't go." Dinah said softly.

"Is that your only reason of not wanting to go?" Lauren asked, raising her eyebrow while Dinah remained silent.

"It's been 8 years." Lauren chuckled.

"And it still hurts." Dinah whispered while Lauren went to hug her.

"It wasn't your fault Deej." Lauren whispered.

"It wasn't yours either." Dinah said softly. Lauren nodded as she remembered everything.

"It was a great summer." Lauren smiled.

"Until it ended of course." Dinah chuckled.

The song "Summer Love" by One Direction was something Lauren held onto, it was a song that reminded her of that beautiful brunette she fell in love with during High School. In fact, The song was recommended to her by the same person.

"I remember Mani's face when I was about to leave." Dinah whispered.

"She was so sad and broken Laur, Walz was too." Dinah added.

"I remember the three of us hugging when you finally walked away from us." Lauren said.

"I didn't want to leave." Dinah chuckled.

"It was funny how I ended up here as well." Lauren whispered while the two of them traveled back to May 2015, when things went different.

"Don't go." Normani whispered, hugging the Polynesian while Lauren and Camila looked at the couple, with Ally in Camila's arms.

"I wish I didn't have to." Dinah mumbled weakly as they stood at the airport.

Dinah was informed that her grandmother was sick, and told to come home. The Polynesian was originally from L.A. but she moved to Miami when she was younger to stay with her grandparents. Upon loosing her grandfather, during High School, Dinah was left with her grandmother.
