"It's not just business tension I feel." Keana whispered.

"I know." Normani chuckled.

"Good Morning, My name is Keana Issartel. I am currently in charge of the Land and Location for Mr. Shawn Mendes' house." Keana said.

Keana went detail to detail about the location they've marked down, and considered with respect to Shawn's preferences. Camila bit her lip while Kiara let out a chuckle before facing her.

"We will win this deal. How foolish of them to focus on the outer details, when the clients are in need of the building and the expenses." Kiara chuckled.

Camila smiled and nodded, but deep down she knew they were on thin ice. Keana was just the first presenter and she had already surpassed their presentation.

What Camila was looking for was the raven's presentation. She was curious to know Lauren's occupation. While they were together, Lauren was majoring in Interior Design.

Camila calmed down when it hits her. Lauren's team were lacking professionals, recommended to build the house. Keana is in charge of Land and Location, which meant that Normani was the Engineer and Lauren is the designer. Leading to the conclusion that they lacked what she is, a Financial Manager.

Camila smiled relief upon realizing that they had a great chance now, as Keana continued to discuss about the recommended place, and details about where the structures could be built. While Manuel nods in agreement.

"I'm Normani, and I am the Engineer for the project." Normani greeted. Unlike Thomas, Normani was very elaborative and precise about her materials and structural design.

"I'd like to place pillars on these very locations, to provide balance and support for the above levels. This structural design is not just unqiue, but it also holds the safety that Mr. Shawn will experience not only in the first few years of living there, but also in the long run." Normani smiled.

Camila bit her lip, her prediction was right. They had a chance, since Normani specifically only covered the materials needed for the building, not even mentioning the expenses.

Camila could see her Boss scoffing at Normani's presentation, before looking at Thomas and sweetly complimenting him about his performance. Unlike Normani, Thomas had repeated the expenses they will be spending. So far from Lauren's team, there is no one left to discuss the finance.

"They forgot the financial manager." Kiara chuckled in victory while Camila gave her a small smile and a nod.

"I'm Lauren, daughter of Mr. Michael Jauregui of LCT INC. Miami. I am the current head of ARKE INC." Lauren smiled. Camila knew about their company in Miami, which is why she's confused that Lauren applied in a different company.

"Or formerly known as LCT-L.A." Lauren smiled. Camila's eyes widened at the news, they never heard of the name LCT-L.A. but rather they knew it as ARKE.

Camila then proceeded in paying full attention toward's Lauren's words, she was analyzing the situation carefully.

"With us, our clients are always our priority. You will not worry about falling down, we will support you and lift you up."

"Closing remarks already." Kiara scoffed. Unfortunately for her, Lauren heard her snarky remark.

Camila let out a shaky breath as she stared at Lauren's eyes, and she instantly knew that whatever Lauren says will leave her boss speechless, specially when she steals the deal right in front of her. Lauren had that ability, where she can easily convince people.
