3 years later

"Lauren come on, it'll be fun! Meet new people and all that." Vero said trying to pry the raven off her office.

"I'm fine Vero. No need." Lauren shook her head.

"Austin's gonna sulk at you. He always makes sure to fly here during your birthdays, and you can't fly to Miami for his." Keana said, running the guilt trip.

"I'm sure Austin'll understand." Lauren sighed, as she looked at her patients record.

"Carol, what are the schedules you have for tomorrow?" Keana asked, looking at Lauren's assistant.

"None yet Officer Issartel. We're free from April 4th to April 7th, the next schedule is at April 8th. I still have to follow up with that one." Carol said.

"See! You're free!" Vero said in disbelief.

"You're Police Officers, why are you so hyped about this? Aren't you worried about your jobs?" Lauren raised her brow, looking at the Police women in front of her.

"Exactly Laur! We're police officers and we took a day off for our friend. You're a veterinarian, you're self employed." Keana said.

"Alright fine!" Lauren finally agreed, to shut the duo up.

"Great! We'll see you at the airport tomorrow." Vero smirked, pulling on Lauren's arm while Lauren nodded.

"You better not stand us up, or this goes bye bye." Keana said, holding something out.

"What the-" Lauren started, looking down on her wrist.

"Give me that!" Lauren exclaimed while Keana and Vero ran out the door. Lauren chased them, but before she got out of her office the duo were already in their Police car.

"See you Lauren!" Keana chuckled while Vero drove off.

"Fuck!" Lauren groaned, kicking the stone. Now she had no choice but to meet the two.

"You better not break or lose that, or I will kill you two personally." Keana read out loud while Vero chuckled.

"Put in the case, it's very important to her." Vero said.

"Is this the one?" Keana asked.

"Yeah, her only memory." Vero sighed.

"There." Lauren opened her eyes to see a beautiful silver bracelet on her wrist.

"Camz." Lauren whispered in awe.

"I've been kind of holding onto it for a while now and waiting for the perfect moment to give it to you. Since we're officially together, I think this is the perfect time." Camila smiled before she was tackled by the raven.

"Think of this as a good luck charm. I was with Dinah and Normani the last week and we passed by this jewelry store. My eyes landed on that and I immediately thought of you." Camila bit her lip.

"We're only a day official and you're already sweeping me off my feet." Lauren cooed while Camila rolled her eyes.

"We may only be recently official, but I fell for you for a while now." Camila smiled, kissing Lauren's chin.

"May this bracelet bring you luck and guidance." Camila smiled.

Lauren took the time to analyze the bracelet. It had various characters on it. There's a star, a rose, and a smiley face.
