Camila silently sat on the hammock on their front yard as she read her book. Sofia was currently playing with the flowers, while she kept the younger one company.

"Kaki." Sofia whispered, tapping Camila's knee.

"Yes sof?"

"Lolo is there, see." Sofia giggled, pointing towards the raven who was cleaning her car. Distracted with the task at hand, Camila took the time to stare at the raven.

Lauren looked really beautiful whatever she wears, she was the kind to go all masculine or feminine and still look stunning nevertheless. But those features she has are a bonus.

Lauren was also smart and helpful, she was the kind who will fight for what is right. She hated injustice, and she protects those who are in pain. Lauren was also polite and yet straightforward. She was not the kind to sugarcoat words just to make people feel better.

It was something that Camila found very appealing, and attracted to. But God knows how much she refuses to accept the fact that she likes Lauren, basically because of the mindset she has. And well maybe the terror from those who liked the older one.

"Shit." Lauren cursed when she accidentally kicked the bucket, hissing in pain. Camila on the other hand found it cute and amusing.

When the raven looked up at her way, Camila quickly ducked her head back on the book and pretended to read. Once she felt the stare is gone, she looked back up. A mixture of disappointment and confusion ran through her head as she tried to map out where Lauren was.

"Gotcha!" Lauren grinned, appearing from fence that startled Camila.

"Good morning Camz." Lauren greeted, while the brunette smiled before stuttering.

"G..good morning." Camila whispered. Lauren only smiled at her before nodding and going back to her task.

Camila took a deep breath, trying to calm her heart down before she looked at Sofi who was raising her brow and smiling in a teasing manner.

"Stutters? You really have a crush on her." Sofia giggled.

"Oh shut it." Camila warned, shaking her head before she hid herself in her books. Stealing a few glances at Lauren every now and then.

"Cute." Lauren muttered to herself, watching Camila from the reflection of her car window.

Weekends were fun, it was the time to get rest or maybe time for teachers to present their students with loaded school works. Or maybe, weekends are spend watching your crush work from the parallel window of your rooms.

Lauren silently watched as Camila kept her eyes focused the book she was reading. She had been admiring Camila for the past few 15 minutes, even taking the time to sketch her. Not until Alejandro called Camila, and now she was looking at Camila and her father at the front yard.

"Dad, I think we need to get the oil changed." Camila said, while she looked through the car's engine.

"Do we?" Alejandro asked, while Camila grabbed something from the side and checked the oil.

Lauren watched as the Cabello's talked about which part of the car needs fixing, given that Alejandro couldn't start the car. A smile crept up on Lauren's lips when Camila grabbed a few tools and started to calibrate the engine.

"Try turning it on Dad." Camila asked, wiping the sweat of her forehead.

"Mija!" Alejandro exclaimed when the car started, quickly getting out and high fiving his daughter.

"Her daddy taught her how to fix cars, maybe she could fix me." Lauren mumbled, before she grabbed a pen and a notebook. Lips curving up into a smile before she got lost in her own world.
