The Collin's family was well known in Boston. The parents always enabled his reckless behavior. This time we had enough evidence including the Boston Fire Department. Jeff Collins purposedly burned a warehouse knowing his girlfriend's brother was inside. Wayne Ames did not care for Jeff Collins. He knew he was just using his sister for her beauty and connections in the business world. We found the proof that he tried to burn that proved on a hard drive that showed he was just Jessie Ames. The District Attorney called Detective Barry Frost. "Detective Frost what did you find on the hard drive on the laptop that Jeff purposedly try to burn in the warehouse along side Wayne Ames?" " The hard drive showed that Collins had this plan to go after Jessie Ames. I recovered several notes, pictures and messages he made to his mother of his plan. I downloaded them on this usb drive so you all can see what was wriiten, text to his mother. His mother even responded as you can see here." Frost was pointing out several notes and messages via correspondence via the intranet. Many people think they are safe when they use intranet vs internet which isn't true." The defense attorney tried to back pedal a little, but you could tell the jury wasn't believing what the defense attorney was saying. " I found several finger prints and blood that belonged to Marion be present before the fire was set by her son Jeff along with the warehouse security camera had time stamped her there too. They didn't realize the security camera footage was held elsewhere. It wasn't kept in the warehouse. The footage was kept at the owners home." The District Attorney rests." The Collins attorney couldn't refute the last part of Jane's testimony. The mother and son were charged with first degree murder, pre meditated and arson in the death of Wayne Ames.
