9. Hutchens Day two

I finally woke and saw Maur had fallen asleep on the autopsy table. I took a quick shower while it was only Maur and I down here.  I changed into an extra set of clothes I had and went upstairs to get some coffee and something to eat at the Dirty Robber before heading back stairs to wake up Maur so she could take a shower and get some substance in her that I brought for from the Dirty Robber. " Maur wake up, I brought you some coffee and food. It's seven thirty already."  I took a quick shower and put on more scrubs  and brushed my teeth before I drank the coffee, waffle and sausage Jane had brought me. " Jane how did you sleep. Okay, but still tired.  Tonight,  I will be going home to sleep in my bed and eat real food.  Yes, I did say that. " I  was known for eating a lot of junk food. The main reason I made sure I worked out. I will be paying for it. Unless I eat some balanced healthy meals. We both went upstairs to meet everyone else in the beginner conference room. Samuel's  brought a box of donuts for everyone.  ( We all know cops love them at least the ones I know.)  "Alright everyone,  glad you got your coffee and donuts now thanks Ken. We as a team here have found some clues.  I am going to have Nina to start it off than the lab technicians,  medical examiner's than the officers. Nina informs us, "I  heard metal on metal like someone was chewing or something was loose in a person's mouth may be braces on someone...a young person maybe." Susie says, " on the father in the pool, we found a rare item in the father's mouth that was old ancient coin. On the other three bodies we are still working on after Dr. Isles and Dr. Pike found more evidence for us to look into. We should have some more information in a few hours." Maur says, "Dr. Pike please go first with her findings."   "I  found semen in the boys anus and an odd item that was used to cut his neck. The father was during from cancer and was in stage four. He had maybe a few weeks to live and he wasn't going through any treatment.  It looks like he had given up and the doctor just prescribed him pain medication." Maur says, "in the girl, we found semen as well and it was the same person who assaulted the brother. The odd object was a blade that had her brother's blood but also the victims. He was O type."  Frankie and Korsak were instructed by our Lt. too look into the metal noise. Frost and I were in charge of looking into the old coin lead.  Atwater and Dawson were to look into who would rape the children and slice their necks.
Atwater and Dawson left to find to the siblings school to get a list of any mutual male friends. Korsak and Frankie  would look into any of their friends who wore braces. Korsak, Frankie went to the siblings gym workout place. Nina started looking through the data base on any recent robberies from anywhere on the rare coin. Frost and I headed to Pawn Shops. Atwater and Dawson reported back to Cavanaugh that they found a possible suspect who wore braces but they are not able to locate Timothy Brown. His parents haven't seen him, since yesterday and planned on completing a missing report in a few hours when the 24 hours were up as the desk sergeant from the 61st street had informed them. We begun looking into his other relatives and friends to see if they had any information on him that could assist us in locating him.
Frankie and Korsak found two members of the gym who saw Timothy Brown leave the gym last night before midnight at the 24 hour fitness in a white f 150 pick up with a broken right rear light.  This pick up wasn't registered to any one in his immediate family. Jane and I came across one pawn shop that is known to deal on illegal coins. The owner wasn't forthcoming but his son was when his father went in the back. He said he would meet us at the nearby diner when he picked up their lunch which is about thirty minutes.  Korsak and I went to the place and ordered us some lunch while we waited for Billy Jergens. Frankie and Korsak was notified by Nina after consulting with her that Timothy Brown received a fix it ticket in James Edgewood's truck this morning. Dawson and I went to James home. "Mr. Edgewood is James home by any chance we need to speak to him about a friend of his," says Dawson. James Edgewood happened to be a partner in the Hutchens law firm. He wasn't forthcoming. We read him his miranda rights and drove him to the station.  Upon arrival, we saw our Lt. "I want you Atwater to stay with him while the guys from England interview Mr. James Edgewood I."     Dawson you and I will observe them via the one way window. The English officers informed me that Edgewood I was wanted in England for a ponzie scheme.  Korsak and I were finishing up our lunch when Billy Jergens picked up he and his father's lunch.  " The day before yesterday,  Graham Taylor came in wanting or shall I say demanded my father to fence some rare coins that were similar to what you were inquiring about. My father William has found a buyer who will come to the pawn shop when we close at three thirty today.  I don't know who the buyer is but its a woman by the way he was flirting with her on the phone."   "Thank you Billy.  We need you to return back and fake you are not feeling well and leave before closing time."  "Lt. Cavanaugh we found a lead that at Jergens pawn shop is going to broker a deal for the rare coins between Graham Taylor and some lady after 3:30. We have told Billy Jergens to fake being ill and leave the pawn shop way before 3:30. We need back up in plain clothes and have black and whites to stay out of the area by two.  We don't need these people to be spooked."    "I will send Rizzoli and Korsak to back Rizzoli and Frost up in a few."
