I woke up early, ate some oatmeal, toast and orange juice before I did my morning workout. I will be soon adding another exercise equipment in my place. This will help me to mix it more than what I already have set in place. I alternate my work out routine. One day is all weight lifting. The next day skipping rope and using my kick boxing bag. Third day, I set part of my day to work on my leg muscles by pushing weights leg pushes and the elliptical machine. I will jog at night time when I get off of work if my legs don't hurt too much from my morning workouts. If my legs hurt to jog, I will go to the my condo pool downstairs or use the sauna. The pool, the sauna, gated parking with my own garage and is what sold me in leasing my condo. I like to cook alot and it takes alot of effort because my place is basically one front ( all my small appliances I get out when I need them) room except for my two rooms and two full bathrooms. I hurry up with my work out and look at my time. I take a quick shower and wait for Kevin and Cindy.
I enjoy my exercise room in my condo that I purchased a couple of years ago.

I had always wanted to live by the water. When my wife died, I sold my home and moved to Boston to start a new life and found a three bedroom, two full bathrooms. My masterbedroom has one bathroom that has separate shower and jaxuzzi tubs. I kinda got a sweet deal for the place. I knew my wife was guiding me to this place because I had given up looking for a place. My mind kept saying, nope one more place. I had no clue where that was. My wife, my guardian angel guided me to this place. The lady was a recent widower and her son had moved away for college...so she wanted a fresh start which I understood. When I told her this is what I was doing the same. Her husband died of cancer while my wife passed of kidney renal failure. She and her realtor gave me a tour of the place. I love how she updated the kitchen and bathrooms to be more masculine. She said her son assisted her. I signed the contract and wrote her out a check for the full amount. I now own a three bedroom condo with a kicking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the city with a two car garage.
