My new beach house on the same lot as before but entirely different.  I had the previous one removed and donated to a woman's shelter in the city. This will be the first time this beach property won't have any live in help. I will just hire a monthly property management to look over the property instead.  If Francine, Teddy and their children ever want to return to oversee the property or just want to use it to vacation,  they know they will always be welcomed. I have sent them pictures of it as the contractor had sent me. Francine and Teddy were the one's who told me the women's shelter was looking for other properties. I donated the home and the Isles foundation picked up the land for it to be placed on.  My older home had a few more square footage but it was worth me in donating it with one stipulation. It was to be named after my Nani Isles. It was after all the reason why the Isles had such a vast portfolio and were well off. I also had painted another lighthouse to go up inside the home that I had painted for my nani years ago.

This was the original beach home that I used the same date on the painting with one exception. I painted on it, Nani Isles home. Since this home had to change because of the fire that started in the lighthouse when the area started getting more people visiting and trespassers caused the property to go up in flames. After that happened, the Isles foundation hired live in care takers.  On the land my Nani owned, this was now the third beach home to be be built on this land. I just hope my Nani will like what I had done. I know she would be proud of donating her second build instead of having it torn down. She always believed in giving back to her communities she had her properties in. She believed if she gave back that others would pass it forward. I am one who still follows her lead. The area definitely changed over the years  than when Nani bought it. There were very few homes. Not too many stores but as we all know as time goes on so do changes.
We finally arrived in town. "Alright tonight we have to go eat out and go grocery shopping because I no longer have live in care takers. I have yet to see inside or outside of ths property.  They finished last month and the furniture I chose on line was completed two weeks ago. Jane has already picked out her guest room from the photos  I received from my property management. Lets go see the home together."
