I was excited to be able to go home well back to Maur's beach house. Jay text me on his way back. We text for awhile but had to get off my cell so the nurse can do my vitals and they can run more tests to make sure all was well if my discharge was going to happen this afternoon.
Tommy and I started the laundry. EVERYONE stripped their bed and made them up with clean bedding. I stripped my bedding too. I won the coin toss on who was getting the extra downstairs bedroom. Tommy and I knew that MA would want to be upstairs nearby Jane if she needed help. Tommy and I headed out to the back yard and got our daily work out. A pool was a nice low impact on our joints and fun way to exercise. Of course, we had to have some Rizzoli fun and race one another like when we were kids. We got out for a few and had leftovers from last night. Tommy and I got back in the pool to swim. We were racing and didn't realize MA, Jane and Maur were home. " Tommy I going to kill you." Frankie and I stopped swimming. "MA I was only joking.... you know how I am. Hitting me won't change it but go ahead." Frankie and I get out and hug Jane. " Oh you guys got me wet but its okay. thanks for the basket and making it special for Jay and I. Don't worry MA won't kill you. I am going to go upstairs. I hope you left me some left overs. " "Of course, you know when Rizzoli's cook food is always left over..well most dishes but no more cream puffs. Let us take some showers and we will make some sticky rice and take out the egg rolls to unthaw. The egg rolls will take time you know. MA you have the room next to Jane's. I have the bedroom downstairs. Tommy lost the coin toss." Tommy you don't have to sleep in the twin bed. You can take Jane's room. She will be in my room. I want to make sure she stays well." " Ha Frankie, I get a big boys room too. Thanks Maur. " "Whatever. She just feels sorry for you." " You two behave before I slap you both." "Yes MA," said in unison.
Angela and I helped Jane to my bedroom with new clean bedding. Maur hands me an envelope that Jay left me after I get settled in her bed.

I read the note out loud. My brothers tease me. Maur and MA just smile. My brothers leave to go take showers. " MA please go take a nap. I know you didn't sleep well. Maur and the boys will take good care of me. I don't need you get sick of lack of sleep." Angela kissed Jane on her head and hugged me bye. I will keep my bedroom door ajar so you can come in any time you want.

I couldn't believe my team had the lead. It was tied and they couldn't get anymore runs home. My team lost 6-3 against the Twins. " Aye, the way it sounded, while waking up. The sox lost. How you feeling?" I am doing good besides my team losing. The guys did an excellent job cooking last night. They left you a plate in the oven." " Angela I will go downstairs with you. I need to get Jane some water for her pain med." Angela carried Jane's tray. " How is she really doing?" "She's sore but not like when the bullet hit her. The doctor prescribed three days of pain meds. He doesn't want her to get addicted since she was almost done with her last pain med. I better get back up there. You keep it down. We could hear you upstairs. I have ny door ajar just in case you want to check on your sister." Maur leaves with the water. I get my food and eat at the food in the living room while talking to my boys and catching up. I hand Jane the water and close my master doors on the balcony and turn on the fire place for her.
" You boys put your foot in this one.I am going to go check on Jane before I go back to sleep. I am still tired. I will make breakfast tommorow for us all." MA we have to wait on the dryer to fold up the last sheets. We don't know what goes in which rooms except the Twins bedroom. We are just leaving the bedding on the dining room table." We finally finished the last folding and went to bed after checking on Jane. Jane and Maur were out for the count. "Frankie Antonio is one lucky man."
