🌊Chapter 16🌊

Again days have passed. Evee had recovered from her first encounter with the Decepticons, but didn't returned for this time being. She wanted to take some time off, rest and relax.

She didn't knew why she did it. But she felt better that way. Her life was, besides some talks with Elliot and her "bullies" pretty normal. And around evening, she met up with Optimus on the secret side of the beach. It were conversations about the little things. He sure was worried for her since she didn't return to the cave for some time, but Evee reassured him she was okay and healthy.
As much as Optimus wants to believe her, he knew something was troubling the young girl. 

And if Evee was honest, his thoughts weren't lying...

It was around the late evening when Evee was done with her work. Elliot was a bit grumpy today but he made sure, that Evee was out of line of sight when he was furious because some customers started screaming around, telling their food or drinks weren't tasty or right served.
With a sigh, Evee brushed her forhead free from the sweat and untied her apron. Then she putted it away and grabbed her bag with some food she had stored to eat something warm at home. If she was honest, she didn't wanted to cook today and since Optimus was busy on a mission, the talk with him would miss out aswell.

"Get better soon, Elliot",she said with a gentle voice, smiling at her boss  who gave a tired smile back." Thanks nina, I apprechiate your concern. I'm sorry for the rough day I gave you, I just...had some issues last day",apologized Elliot, looking guilty to be this mad today at work. Evee waved it off gently, smiling:" Don't worry, I'm alright. I wish you a good night."
"Goodnight nina."
Evee walked out with a smile before putting in her headphones on and she starts to listen to music. She felt right away relaxed besides that constant feeling of being watched and the silence of the night pressing her to the ground, making her surely paranoid sometimes. She even heard quite hissing but she wasn't sure if it was just her imagination or just a cat in the distance being-...well....a cat. But her gut told her, that it was something else...

As Evee crossed the street to go left to go to her house, she heard the hissing again. She stopped walking and pulled off her headphones, looking around. But besides the crashing waves of the ocean and the deep night, nothing was really visible. She shrugged it off before she started to walk further to her house. She might live at the end of the city but that dosen't mean she lives directly near the beach. 

After some time of crossing the path to her home again, she heard the hissing near a sand mountain that went down to the old side of th beach. Evee stopped, looking down there. She started to wonder if it came from there and wanted to look, but her gut told her not to.
But curiousity kills the cat huh...?
So, the girl went down slowly, after putting her phone away. As she landed onto the sand infront of the waves, she started to look around. Not a single soul was seen here, only sand, rocks, the waves crashing against the sand and a figure- wait...a figure...? Evee tilted her head and walked slowly closer:" Hello...?" There came no answer from the strange person, they only stood there, she wasn't sure if they were looking in her direction or not. Maybe they didn't even hear her because of the wind or the crash of the waves against the beach. 
"Hey, excuse me." As Evee had reached the person, she realized the long tail eventually. She sight, thinking it was one of the Autobots." Oh god, Bumblebee, you scared me. But what are you doing here? Isn't that too far away from the spot we always met to swim to the cave? And why are you hissing?"

There was no answer.

Evee's stomach twisted slightly as she saw the persons head turn to her and the body slowly rose into the air." Bumblebe...?" The body turned out to be female, despite the fish tail, there were spider like legs on the womans back as she walked towards the girl." Caught you, little one~",said the female with a hoarse voice, sneering down on the girl, who stared into her opponents purple glowing eyes," You will be a good present for Lord Megatron." With that, she shot her webs at the girl, before she could scream in fear, making her stuck on the ground. Evee struggled, fear kicking in even more as her muffled cries for help can be heard." Aww, don't be scared, I'm certain Megatron will find good use for you. If not, he might give you to me. But I promise to take good care of you..." The spider Merformer came closer to her with a grin:" When you're head is sitting in my collection." 

With that, she webbed Evee's face, leaving the girl in darkness, before she fell unconcious...

I'm sorry for the late release, I didn't knew how to start with my idea if I'm honest, but now I got something I could write on, yay! And yeah, again a short chapter, but I try to release the other directly after this one.
