I tried to hide the shock on my face, I didn't want him to know how I was used to the lower portion, it was nothing to be ashamed of but I didn't want him to feel bad I guess
"It's nice" I nodded stepping in front of him and going inside when he was behind me my eyes went wide and my mouth flew open, I mouthed a 'what!' To myself, it felt unreal
"What? Do you hate it? I can get it redone" he offered, I turned around quickly "no!" I fought, he raised an eyebrow I cleared my throat and looked around "I like it I promise"
He nodded "well do what you must then come downstairs cause we're gonna eat food," he said and walked away closing the door, good thing he's a door closer and not the types to walk away and leave it open
I stood in the middle of the huge room unable to say anything, what would it have been like if I had been with him my whole life, would I be the same person I am, I wouldn't have moved in with Killian that's for sure, and never would have made the friends I did

The door whipped open fast and I saw five faces staring at me with wide smiles, my eyes went wide, who are these people? The girl in the middle squealed and ran towards me engulfing me in a bone-crushing hug, my hands went out not sure if I should wrap them around her
"Harper Let go you're scaring her!" An older woman said behind her, Harper I assume pulled away giving me an apologetic smile, I pressed my lips together
"Uh hi," I said awkwardly staring at everyone, there were two boys and an older man standing at the door whilst Harper and the women were now in front of me
"Oh my gosh, you're all grown up!" The women cried, "oh you probably don't know us, we were never really allowed to see you when you were a kid, pictures and videos at the most" I stood standing confused at her words
"I'm Inanna- or you can call me auntie or auntie Inanna— anything you want really" she rambled on, so she was my aunt, so these people must be my family right "your dad was my brother, he didn't stay in touch with the family after the divorce with Quinn, Emilio's mother"
"I'm Harper, as you heard, I'm your cousin," she said excitedly
"I'm West" the man approached along with the two boys, "no one could wait to see you so they all came rushing upstairs"

"I'm Alex and this is Aiden," one of the boys said, "we're twins, fraternal of course" Aiden finished off
