Just a warning, I might not update as often due to the fact that my break ends tomorrow, and I'm back in school. Psh. Stupid school. Who knows? I might update more often if I neglect my schoolwork. I'm a bad student. Sorry! The pics I'm uploading aren't working. I'll try to find a solution ASAP.
Ayaka's POV:
I wake up on the cold, wooden floor. As I turn my head, I notice my blanket was on the bed as well. I must've fallen off. I didn't feel any pain though, so that's good. I raise my arm to stretch. NEVERMIND, I have a bruise.I get up and see Sei-kun drinking tea.
"Good morning!" I say.
"Good morning." He replies.
He seems so peaceful right now. It's like we're in one of those ancient dramas where the feudal lord is talking to his annoying daughter.
"Shall we head out now?" He asks.
"Sure!" I happily reply.
"You're way too happy. School is nothing to be excited about." He scolds.
"What's wrong with being happy? I'll live longer!" I answer.
"Whatever." He nonchalantly replies.
Once we arrive, we're, once again, again greeted with a countless number of Sei-kun's fangirls.
I hear many girls whisper,
"Isn't he soooo cute?"
"I know right? But he's with that stupid Ayaka girl!"Well, haters gonna hate. You can't do anything about that. I don't seem to mind, but as soon as Sei-kun heard what they were saying about me, he gave them a death glare. Hehehehehe. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Once I get into the school building, I open up my locker to find pretty threatening notes. One of them wrote, 'If you don't stop hanging out with Akashi then I'll make sure you NEVER see him again.' Holy NARUJESUS! These fangirls are a little over-the-top. I don't think I should show this to Sei-kun; he'll go berserk. I hid them so he wouldn't find them. I closed my locker and skipped to the next class as if nothing ever happened.
Flash forward to science
Today we were going to do a lab, and in this certain lab, there was a lot of cutting involved. Oh boy. Things are going to get ugly in here.
"Students please choose your partners." The teacher instructed the class.
Crap. Since everyone in the school hates me, I'm going to have to be paired up with Sei-kun. I'm going to have a swell time, arent I? Where's Buchi-kun when I need him? Ugh!
"Sei-kun, please don't do anything rash. Please!" I pleaded.
"What do you mean, Ayaka?" He mischievously asked.
"You know what, how about I cut the materials-" I tried to convince him.
"No, no, that won't be necessary. Leave the cutting to me."
I tried, but failed. The key words are I tried.
Suddenly, the room had a chilling air. Sei-kun was holding a red pair of scissors (his favorite kind), and, soon enough, pretty much the whole room was wrecked because he cut everything up. I think he scared the crap out of everyone. SEE! THIS IS WHAT I'VE HAD TO DEAL WITH FOR 10 YEARS!!! 10 LONG YEARS I'VE PUT UP WITH HIS WEIRD FETISHES!!!
Anyway, after his rampage, the principal came in. Students, and our teacher, came out with scratches and cuts all over their faces. Scissors should be banned from this world. Luckily, because Sei-kun has connections (that lucky bastard), he didn't suffer any consequences. If I ever did that, I'd probably be suspended. Rich people... The only thing the school changed is that there are no longer scissors permitted in our school. Ever. Period.
After school Sei-kun and I walked home, as per usual. There's no work today, so everything is good! But wait-homework exists, so no, nothing is good. As we walk home, I see a flyer in front of our dorm that says:
"Festival in the local park on March 1st at 8:00. Bring your friends and family down, there'll be plenty of games and activities to do. Fireworks will be shown as well. Admission is free."Ooooh that seems fun! I want to go, especially since it's free (FREE! IWATOBI SWIM CLUB)!
"Hey Sei-kun, we should go to the festival in the park!" I suggest.
"No," he objects, "it's a waste of time."
"Oh c'mom Sei-kun! Don't be such a party pooper!"
"I'm still not going."
"Please!"
"No."
"I'll do anything!"
"Convincing offer, but no."
"Please Sei-kun!" I go all puppy-eyed on him."No." He replies coldy.
"Meany poo." I comment.
"Who said I was nice?" He defensively says.
Who knows? Maybe Buchi-kun will take me to the festival! I have other so-called "connections". I don't need to do everything with Sei-kun.
Once we arrive home, I immediately hit the books (not literally). We have a big test that's worth half our grade coming up soon, and it's only been what, like 2 weeks since school started? I need a little more fun in my life than just studying and doing homework. Sigh. Life is hard.
