SELENA'S POV

I woke up the next morning, besides Justin, who laid perfectly still with his eyes closed, the only thing moving was his chest in the beat of his heart.

Images from yesterday came rushing to my head. Fucking Luke

I felt disgusted with myself, ashamed of how bad things had become.

I heard a shuffling beside me, and Justin's turned on his side, now facing me. His eyes peaked slightly open.

"You're awake?" He mumbled.

I nodded; I was glad about how he cared so much about me yesterday.

"How was yesterday, I have the biggest hangover," He laughed.

He cannot remember what happened yesterday.

"You don't remember anything?" I asked him, pulling my hair into a ponytail.

I looked at him, my face held in all seriousness. He shot me a puzzled look, not understanding why I was suddenly upset.

"The last thing I remember is spilling alcohol on some chick," He laughed lazily.

Of course, he remembers that.

"Oh," was all I said.

I got off the bed and quietly made my way to the washroom before the conversation could go any further.

I looked at my reflection in the mirror of the washroom, paying attention to my details. My hair was messy, and Justin's oversized black shirt hung loosely on my body. Suddenly, I felt a discomfort looking at my body because all it reminded me of, was, Luke.

I searched the cabinets, hoping to find a spare toothbrush. I had brought nothing with me yesterday to bring over to his place. I had no intention of staying the night. I was disappointed when I failed to find a toothbrush, but I did find some mouthwash. After rinsing out my mouth, I lightly washed my face with water and tried it off with the white towel hanging.

When I came back into Justin's room, he was nowhere to be found. A tasteful scent had consumed the room and I followed the smell, having It grow stronger as I walked out of his room and down the stairs.

Pancakes.

As I walked into the kitchen, I was faced with Justin, who stood by the stove.

"I made breakfast!" He smiled as he noticed my presence.

I offered him a smile, and he walked over and placed a surprise kiss on my cheek.

"Uh, thanks?" I laughed as I walked away to grab the plate full of pancakes from the marble counter.

"I'm gonna go shower," He winked, as he walked upstairs.

I could not help but frown when I saw that he would not be joining me for breakfast. My mind was all over the place, and my feelings towards Justin were past sane. The plan was to build a relationship with him until he was sucked in and believed that I loved him. Then, the moment he would want to take it further, I would break his heart. Teach him a lesson for all his wrongs with Becky. I forced myself to remember all the bad about him. As much as a part of me wanted to think that he maybe could really care for me, my mind forced me to remember the things he did to Becky. Above that, he purposely hurt me by making me think Isaac was cheating for me. He was capable of only making mistakes.

After finishing up the food, I changed into my clothing, leaving Justin's black shirt neatly folded on the side of his bed.

As I turned to leave his room, the washroom door pushed open to reveal a half-naked Justin. A towel was held lowly around his waist, allowing me to see his beautifully tanned and fit body. I recovered quickly as he cleared his throat.
