Riding on one horse against the hard torso of Delcallon was one of the most difficult experiences I have ever gone through. We would have to stop... A lot. And sometimes, we just didn't. He would release me while we continued to ride along the path, not too concerned if someone passed us since he draped a blanket over us.

We rode far longer than we needed to since there was a lot of stopping, and finding a private spot in the woods.

When we finally saw the bridge to Listoria my lips parted at the sight of the Kingdom. It was beautiful from across the bridge.

I let out a sigh of nerves as he pressed a kiss to my temple. "It will be okay." He reassured me as he jolted the reigns and pushed the horse forward.

I still felt far from being in control. His touch was a temptation I wanted to give in, and I did not really care who saw us anymore.

The large bridge that connected Pretonas to Listoria was empty and I imagined Delcallon taking me from behind against the stone bridge as I looked out at the ocean.

He growled into my ear as my walls were still down so he got a beautiful glimpse of what I wanted him to do to me.

He continued forward though, I had no idea how he managed to keep control, because I really, wanted him to give in.

We reached the large statue that stood at the entrance of the city before Delcallon clicked his tongue causing the horse to trot forward.

Eyes immediately fell on us as we entered the busy paved roads of the city. Some people smiled in relief of the King's return, others looked fearful and concerned as they stared up at me.

People knew what I was now. I used my powers in front of many, with my eyes glowing the color of Highvarions. The truth was out, the only secret I still had was that they did not know the King and I were Intwined.

He kissed my shoulder sending a thundering shot of electricity down my shoulder. People saw the show of affection and their eyes widened into surprise.

My heart thumped in my chest as I tried to remain calm, but I could hear what they were saying.

"Are the Highvarions together?" One voice exclaimed in a whisper.

"Have we ever had two Highvarions together like that?"

"I thought she was Intwined to Lord Eskar."

I shook my head in faint annoyance. I was not ever fucken Intwined in Eskar. I was Intwined to Delcallon.

He chuckled out behind me.

I looked over my shoulder and met his eyes. "What?" I asked with annoyance.

"The Primal part of us comes out in two emotions." He reminded me with a soft smile. He leaned into my ear, "Arousal." He purred causing my body to wetten. "And rage." He added as he leaned away.

I looked towards the large palace walls and gulped down. "This should be interesting," I stated with a distressed tone.

"We are going to go straight upstairs to my room," Delcallon stated and I eagerly nodded back in agreement.

I could do that.

We strode into the courtyard that led to the entrance of Delcallon's palace and when I saw the crowd that waited for us, I knew going straight upstairs was going to be a problem.

"Shit," Delcallon muttered as he brought the horse to a halt.

They all stood waiting for us. Dorica, Brallon, Laveen, Yarris, and even Rosay. Which I noted made my blood boil.
