Hero's POV

"So are you sure about that?" she asks literally gasping.
"Yes I'm sure about it and please stop talking. You talked to much and you are supposed to rest your voice remember?" I ask her.
I keep looking at her walking around the living room like a dog that is trying to bite his own tail.

I saw her tears filling her ocean eyes when she stepped back from the hug.
I got so surprised by that hug that I staid frozen at the first seconds.
I got to hold her tight for the first time and smell her floral shampoo and her sharp but not too sweet scent.
I also finally got a positive approach from her since she was really avoiding me in these days.
I kept and I still keep wondering why she gets so weird sometimes. Is she lunatic or something?

I run my fingers through my long hair. Actually, too long, I have to get them a fresh cut, one of that is trending right now in London.
I shake my head and I try to get my attention back to what just happened.
I close my eyes trying to fight back my tears.
Tears of joy obviously.

In the past days I cried a lot.
I cried especially in the shower so my roommate or Morgz eyes didn't got to see me in that way.
It's not easy to pretend that everything is alright while you find yourself, waking up with new people in your life that you don't remember while other ones are gone and you don't remember why...

When I'm alone with myself and that blank space I feel so lost.

I see Josephine sitting right next to me.
I look at her and I also see her shaken by what just happened. But why she is this shaken?
This should be a positive thing. This means that I remember about her and that my memories about here are somewhere in my brain.

"Can I ask you a thing?" I ask her.
She looks up to me and I see her puppy eyes.
I wonder what she was thinking about to get those eyes.
She looks at me so intensely that for a sec I get stuck into them.
She lightly nods even if the neck brace makes her chin stay still
"Why that rule? I was getting too many girls in?" I ask her wanting to know why she put that rule.
"No it's not because of that. I made up this rule since the day you came to look up at the apartment. I put it because I was serving for a girl roommate and you were a guy..." she says softly avoiding my eyes and looking at the carpet.
"And what's the difference about that? Why y'all think that we guys are all the same?" I ask a bit offended by the fact that she thought that I was that kind of guy.
"Because y'all are." she says looking straightforward to me.
"Wait..." I say "Are you telling me that I breaker the rule?" I ask her.
She rolls her eyes with a like smile and then she says a "yes" making her eyes go wider.
She is so annoyed about it.
"What? Really? Who I brought?" I ask her so surprised by myself.
"I don't remember the name but you never saw her again so I guess you didn't even knew her name." she says.

Did I was that guy?

"Wait do you know if..." I try to ask to her and she turns her head on my way looking at me like she just saw a ghost.
"No! I don't know! Why should I?" she says quickly.
"I thought that maybe you was in the apartment." I tell her while I rub the back of my neck so embarrassed by asking to another girl if I had sex with a strange girl while she was under the roof. If she was: I hope she didn't heard nothing.
"No I wasn't fortunately." she says so dramatically.
"How many time I broke the rule?" I ask her.
"Just that time." she says looking at her hands.
"Oh really?" I ask her pleasantly surprised by myself.
"Yeah, because I threatened you saying that I was going to kick you out." she says.
Why this is not surprising me?
She is so bossy sometimes.
I can picture her threatening me.

I giggle and then I rub my eyes using my both palms.
"Hero, try to stay with your eyes closed and try to remember that scene even the little details..." Josephine suggest me so I do what she said.
I stay with my plams on my eyelids and then I try to get back at the flashback.
I stay like that for few min while Josephine stays patiently quiet.
