Chapter 2: Hey!

"YOU KISSED PARK JEONGWO—"

I covered Jungsoo's mouth as quick as possible. We're here at the bleachers, eating our afternoon snack. There's a lot of people chilling. And she was so loud! Someone might hear us that knows Jeongwoo! I'll be doomed if that happens.

"Please lower your voice, Jungsoo." I whispered, looking cautiously at our surroundings. Fortunately, no one seems to care.

She raised both of her hands to surrender. And when I felt that she loosened up a little bit, I decided to take my hands off of her mouth. Then she started to laugh. Like everything I told her was a joke. "You kissed Park Jeongwoo?" She asked me again, but her voice was lower this time.

"Correction, he kissed me first." Did I really defend myself in that way?

"But you kissed him back?"

See.

She gave me a malicious, something like—"girl you like it, don't you.." look. Well, yes I liked it. BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT HERE! Jeongwoo's literally a sixteen year old guy or boy. Whatever!

I heaved a deep sigh. "I thought he was.." I covered my face using my hands. And I heaved a deep sigh again out of frustration. It keeps flashing in my mind. I don't know what to do anymore.

I feel Jungsoo's hand on my shoulder. "It's okay, my friend. Jeongwoo is a good kid. I can assure you that.  And he's worth dating than Haruto and Junghwan. Those two are just...stupid babies. Especially my brother."

She's talking as if everything's normal. Or it's just me who's not acting normal here?

"Said by the one who got disgusted when I told her yesterday that those three seniors playing at the field were okay because they're cute and tall." I said sarcastically.

"Because they acted like kids!"

"They have the same age as Jeongwoo!" I told her.

"Well, Jeongwoo doesn't play socks at the field." She defended. "He's kinda...mature? Yeah, I noticed he's mature for his age."

I sigh again. "I don't even know him. Does he study here?"

"Nope. He's from another school along with Haruto. They're just friends with Junghwan. " That's why I don't know him. I only know Junghwan because he's Jungsoo's younger brother.

"What should I do?" I asked her.

"What would you do? Date him if he asks you. Easy." She chuckled. I rolled my eyes and almost kick her out. What do I expect from this girl who loves to play with guys' feelings, anyway?

We went to our next class, which is Human Biology. I love this class, I swear I love this class, but I couldn't focus today so I messed up really bad during our recitation. Jaehyuk had to help me out by writing the answer on his notebook secretly.

"Thank you. You're my savior." I told him after class. Jungsoo's just fixing her things.

"Ehh? You think that's free?" He said.

Yeah. I almost forgot, he's Yoon Jaehyuk. There's no such thing as 'it's free because we're friends' for him.

"Not Abby's phone number again. I will never give her number to you. Like Ever!"

I already know what he's up to. With that kind of face and smile, he will only ask for Abby's number again. Abby's the secretary of our music club. She's very pretty and kind. And so when Jaehyuk saw her, he's Casanova blood instantly activated.
