Mutation
Description:
User will transform into a dragon the size of them that grows at the same pace a normal human does.
User has claws.
User will have 2 wings coming from the shoulderblades.
User can fire a large blast of plasma from their mouth
Drawbacks:
User can only eat sea life.
Shooting the plasma blast costs a chunk of stamina.
User is quadruped.
Claws are non-retractable.
