User can summon Olympic equipment
Each piece gives a different effect
Javelins with increased arm strength,
Baton with faster speed,
Discus that can be razored or not
Shot put with stronger arm,
Swim suit increased arm and leg strength
Dumbbells cause increased general strength
Etc, etc, etc.
Drawbacks:
User can only do 1 event at a time
All effects given by the quirk wear off after the use has been done.
