Quirk: Sonar Steps

Description:
User can emit a sonar wave that will outline everything in a blue hue for them to see.
Revealed sonars will stay that way for ah hour, or until the user sends another pulse over that area.
Each pulse is sent out by a footstep.
Drawbacks:
Each pulse reaches 3km in every direction.
