Quirk: Potato Stare

Description:
User can transform anyone into potatoes.
Potatoes are edible.
Potatoes are the same as every other potato.
User can revert the transformation.
User has no memories of anything while in potato form.
Drawbacks:
User must make eye contact.
Said potatoes must be at least within a 10cm radius of any other potato from the target.
All potatoes must be connected within that web to allow for good transformation back.
Should the targets potatoes be left along for 1 day, all of them will disappear, and the person will be turned back exactly where they were transformed.
