Transformation
Description:
User can transform their arms into fully-functional tools.
Should a tool be damaged, it will fully repair once swapped back to.
Tools are anything, electric or not, that can be used in construction or engineering.
Electronic tools will not require electricity.
Drawbacks:
Should the human hand be damaged, the tools will come out deformed.
Should an arm bone be broken, user cannot transform their arm until the bone heals.
