Description:
User can summon a prison around a target.
Said prison will be a dome around the target.
Dome is constructed out of circular shields wrapped in chains.
General appearance depends on the user.
User can desummon them at will.
Any damages made before will be null and void.
Multiple prisons can be stacked on top of one-another.
Drawbacks:
The larger the prison, the thinner the wall.
Rate as well as how thick they are in the first place depends on the user.
2s between activation, and deployment.
10 shield prisons out at a time. (Can be increased with training)
