User can heal any wound.
Drawbacks:
User cannot use it on themselves.
Target cannot be more than 1 person at a time.
Wounds take time to heal.
Time taken depends on wound size, and target.
Target cannot use their quirk while being healed.
User cannot stop healing half-way.
User must be able to touch the target to activate.
