Quirk: Resting Regeneration
Emitter
Description:
User can regenerate at a quick rate.
User can regenerate others at the same rate.
Regeneration can heal any wound given enough time.
Drawbacks:
Requires the user to be in a resting state.
A resting state is acquired when the user enters REM sleep.
All others who want to heal much be directly touching the user, or touching someone that is receiving the regeneration.
