Description:
User can summon a bazooka.
Said bazooka is modified for a number of reasons.
Force delivered is much smaller.
Launches a large, fluffy blanket.
Said blanket will wrap around anything it hits like a blanket burrito.
Said burrito will allow slight movement in their arms and legs, but should the target attempt to free themselves, the burrito gets comfier, and lulls them to sleep.
Blanket stays.
User can stop the burrito, where the blanket will still be there.
Drawbacks:
User can only have one bazooka out at a time.
Each bazooka is one-use.
Bazookas come loaded.
