Description:
User can "curse" a target.
Said target will have petals representing their emotions fall around them.
Different colours mean different emotions.
Can be for as long as the user wants.
Petals are biodegradable.
User can inflict themselves with the "curse".
User can cancel the curse anytime, even before the timer is up.
Drawbacks:
Can only effect 40 people at a time. (Can be increased with training)
