Quirk: Solar Strike
Emitter
Description:
User can cause a small beam to come from the sun, and hit any target.
The ray will impact with the force of 20 meters cubed of tnt.
There is no limit on how many, nor how quick the user can fire.
Drawbacks:
Target must be in direct view of the sun.
Ray can be blocked.
User cannot use the quirk at night.
User must see the target as well.
User must be in the sun.
