Description:
User can send out a heatwave with them in the center.
User can send out a cold front with them in the center.
User's hot and hold fronts all radiate out in every direction.
Drawbacks:
User must have one or the other extreme activated at a time.
User cannot control the temperature.
Said temperature is controlled by the time of year, and where they live.
