Quirk: Time Swapper

Description:
User can send a target back, or forward in time.
The time duration can be permanent for some time.
The user can choose for the target to go to their copy's body, or keep their body.
User can choose the duration.
Drawbacks:
Both of the targets must have had the quirk used on them at the same time, to each others time, to the same duration.
Both of the targets must have the same accomplishments, as well as quirks, knowledge, location, and history up to the smaller ones.
User can only send 10 people to history at a time.
It takes 2 minutes to send a target to their past, or future.
