Quirk: Trapping Field
Emitter
Description:
User can cause a field to surround them.
User's field starts as a 5km radius around them.
User can shrink the size.
User can trap a target within the field.
Should the target run to an edge of the field, they will teleport to the other side of the field.
Drawbacks:
More training is required to shrink the field size.
The field edges also trap the user.
Trapping only effects the target.
