Description:
User can summon a prison around a target.
The cage is created out of steel chain links that link together to become difficult to break.
Chain fence will go all the way around the target, even underground if the target is on the ground.
Drawbacks:
User must be able to see the target.
The materials do not remain.
If a single piece breaks, the entire cage dematerializes.
