Transformation
Description:
When activated, user's skin turns red.
User can run at any speed up to mach 3.
User can choose which speed they run at.
User can decay anything living or non-living.
User's senses are heightened.
User can see and process perfectly during activation.
User can force someone to see their own death or the death of a loved one.
Nothing can change the outcome presented.
User has hyper regeneration.
The worse the user is feeling, the faster the decay.
User can only die from natural causes.
Drawbacks:
Stamina loss from both decaying and running above human maximums.
Both decay and death vision have to have the user see or touch the target.
User will be seen as quirkless.
Requires unnatural death to awaken.

The user can decay something by looking to the target or touching the target
The user will give after image of destruction when the user run
The user can make the target see the death of there love one and the target on death
The user has hyper regeneration

The user will have stamina lost(Can be errase by training)
The user decay part of the quirk is depends of the user emotion( if the user is angry the more powerful the quirk is)
The user will be seen as quirkless
(Well because the quirk name is DEATH RUN the user must die unnaturaly ex: suicide,got shoot to death,and etc)
The user can only die natural occurence
