Description:
User can force the target to have hyper-sensitive Serotonin, and Dopamine sensors.
This causes a pseudo mania where the target will feel the best thing from the smallest tasks.
User can control how sensitive if they want to.
Default is to give pseudo mania.
User can control how long it lasts.
Default is a lifetime.
Drawbacks:
User must be able to touch the target.
User cannot cancel the effect.
User cannot use it on themselves.
Effected targets cannot be effected again for 30 minutes.
