Quirk: Quirked Clones
Emitter
Description:
User can summon a clone of a target.
Said clone will have the same body structure as the target.
Said clone will have a different quirk of the target.
User can telepathically order the clones around.
Drawbacks:
The clones will disappear after receiving a good amount of damage.
User can have up to 20 clones out at a time.
User cannot dismiss the clones. New ones can only be made if another disappears.
20 limit cannot be increased.
