Description:
User can cause anyone's vision and hearing to be distorted.
The distortion will be censorship of anything 18+, and whatever else the user deems as not good.
Lasts forever, or until the user takes it off.
Drawbacks:
Does not work on those 18+, and anyone with it will lose the affliction at 18.
