Description:
User can bind 2 targets fates together.
User can be one of the targets.
During a bind, both targets will feel the others pain, emotions, and everything.
Binds can be broken by the user anytime.
Drawbacks:
User can only have 1 bind active at a time.
When one of the targets die, the other will die as well.
