Katie's P.O.V.

I had another date with Travis. Tonight. And I had no idea what to wear.

I didn't even know where we were going! What if we were going paintballing? What if he was one of those people who liked to go to fancy restaurants? Not likely, but it could happen!

I was sat on the steps of the Demeter cabin sulking.

Maybe I shouldn't go.

Just then, I saw Paige walking past in leggings and a chb shirt. She seemed to be fitting in really well.

"Hey Paige!" I shouted, waving her over.

"Oh, hi Katie. How's it going with Travis?"

"That's the problem, I've got a second date." I huffed.

"Wait, how is that a problem? I thought you liked Travis."

"I do! But he isn't telling me where we are going and it's been driving me crazy all day! And... I don't know what to wear." I said that last part very quietly.

"Daughter of Demeter wants fashion advice?!" Paige gasped in mock surprise.

"It's your lucky day. To the Aphrodite cabin we shall go."

The Aphrodite cabin had pink walls and smelled like designer perfume.

"Gah, lets open a window in here!" Paige exclaimed.

"I thought you would like the smell of perfume" I asked curiously.

"I like the smell, but I like to breathe more." Paige said opening a window. "Okay, come and sit here." Paige motioned over to a dressing table by her bunk.

I sat down on the stool as Paige flopped down on her bed.

"I need to know all the detailed. Do you have any idea about where he might be taking you?" Paige asked curiously.

"Not. A. Clue. He refuses to disclose a single detail." I huffed.

"Hold that thought." Paige said before running out of the Aphrodite cabin.

Travis's P.O.V.

Connor and I had just got in from tackling the climbing wall with the Aphrodite cabin. Connor and Paige had spent their time repeatedly trying to push each other into the lava.

We were currently planning our latest heist from the convenience store down the road.

Suddenly Paige ran in and Connor immediately looked up.

"So Travis" she smirked. "Is that a new shirt? It looks particularly dashing on you"

"What do you want?" I asked cautiously.

"Aww, your no fun." She pouted. "I need to know where your taking Katie on your date."

"Nope, sorry its a surprise." I answered.

"I won't tell her, but she needs to know what to wear!"

"Still no."

"Well don't say I didn't ask nicely." Paige muttered.

"Wait what-"

I didn't get a chance to finish because just then, Paige kicked my feet out from underneath me in a clean sweep and sat on me, pinning me to the floor.

"I'll ask again. Where are you taking her?" Paige demanded, grinning.

All I could hear in the background was Connors laughter.

"Nice try" I said and tried to get up but she had her knees pressed on my arms so I couldn't budge. Connors laughing just increased.

"Little help here?" I asked him, but he just carried on laughing at me.

"Last chance to surrender" Paige smirked.

"Fine." I gave up. We are going for a picnic in the city and then watching the fireworks."

"Aww that's so cute!" She made a weird squealing noise.

"Nice doing business with you." She said getting off me.

She paused at the door and winked at Connor.

"Bye boys."
