Chapter 2
It was the day of the climbling wall outing and Kriss was feeling horrible, her stumach had butterflies flapping around making her feel dizzy and her head pounded.

She'd met up with Lola in town and then they walked to the climbing wall place called "Climb everyday" which made her feel more sick.

Lola grabbed Kriss's arm as she saw Gavin then let go and ran to him. Kriss looked around suddenly feeling alone, she spotted some girls and boys from the year above her she'd seen walking the hallways of her school and searched for someone else.

Kriss felt a hand on her shoulder "Can't believe you actually came." Ash Jones (Steven Jones' younger brother) smirked, his light hair was curled on the ends and shinned bright in the sun.

Kriss nodded and we walked inside, altogether there was about fifteen of us. They payed at the counter and then the instructor fitted the teenagers with climbling gear. He asked them questions like "had they ever climbed before".

Kriss started on the easiest wall and them the next and the next making sure she didn't look down at all.

Once she was climbing the 5th hardest wall, she became more confident. She had lost track of her friends and the time. Kriss slipped her foot onto another rock for grip and continued climbing up.

Suddenly for no apparent reason she looked down, she felt her stomach do a back flip and she felt as if the room was spinning beneath her. She pressed her body against the wall for support but felt her hand slip.

"Are you okay?" I heard a voice i recognised so I craned my neck to look at him. Marvin was climbing the wall i was on, I realised i was in his way but i couldn't move. I heard myself mumble a 'no' under my breath but i hardly noticed as i was still hanging to the wall. "Are you gonna move?" He asked me grinning slightly.

"Uh...no...i c-cant." I stumbled over each word not just because i was hanging on to the wall but because i was speaking to Marvin.

"Okay then" Marvin huffed "i geuss i'll have to cross over you." He began to move towards me and my body stifened more - i hadn't realised that was possible - and i felt my heart beat in a faster rhythm.

His arm passed over my body and then he carried on crossing me, before i knew it his leg was over me and he was on my other side. "Do you want some help?" He asked. I shook my head and he climbed away. My harness felt slack but my helmet was tight. I glanced back up and smiled at Marvin for some reason he was looking at me worriedly, i looked down at my harness and noticed the clip had slipped off the hook keeping it secure.

I felt my foot slip and suddenly i was falling down to the floor from a 20 meters drop.

- bit of a cliff hanger, i geuss you'll just have to wait till next chapter. Sorry about writing in thrid person then randomly changing to first.
