Being Sick And on your period

Hello! It's only Friday, and life hates me, so naturally I'm here to complain my ass off and give advice.

So, I don't really know if it's a cold, but it feels like streptococcus, or if you don't know the Latin names of your bacteria; strep.

And honestly, I remember why I hate being sick, you look, and feel like shit. With good reason too. And to add to that wonderful little misery, I'm bleeding out my vagina.

So, I'm sneezing and it's just...God what did I ever do to you? So, yeah. I can't tell the difference between what's a period problem, and what's a sick problem.

There is some advice though!

Washing your hands in the middle of flu season will help, as well as covering a cough or a sneeze, and not with your hand! You don't know where you're going to take those germs.

Getting vaccinated will also help, though the flu mutated this year; which from a science perspective it's damn amazing!! But I totally understand if your parents don't believe in vaccines.
