Alright.
So, I'm doing field hockey this year, and my sister likes to say I'm in a cult. Because apparently having bonfires/movie nights/picnics.
But one of my teammates was supposed to host the picnic today, and she wasn't feeling well the whole week.
Last night, Devon [basically team captain] sent a message in the group chat that we have for Field hockey and told us that the picnic had been postponed and my teammate was being hospitalized.
And I just got an update on her, and she was moved o another hospital because she has a blood clot in her brain.
And I just wanted to take this time to wish her a speedy recovery and hope that she's OK and to let everyone know that if you aren't feeling well, recognize that.
You're the only one that knows what's going on with your body, and if you aren't feeling well get the help that you need. I'm not saying that you could have a blood clot, but it's just important for everyone to take care of themselves and understand the frailty of human life.
It's effecting me, and I hope to God she gets better.
Much Love,
Tails
