This girl was certifiably insane.... who the fuck wanted to walk around downtown when it was cold as fuck, only this crazy girl. The holidays had come and gone so the streets were mostly clear, leaving just a few people scattered throughout the streets, as we walked K'Lynn talked about how things were going with her family and asking me questions about the party... and as she talked I couldn't help but get the feeling that she was lowkey pissed that she wasn't invited. Her anger was extremely adorable because she was so damn petite that I doubt she could do any real damage but I let her use her colorful imagination to describe all the crazy things she was going to do to me if I excluded her from another party. We continued walking through downtown and I tried my hardest not to stare at her, the feelings I've had since I was a little ass kid had gone from a childish crush to something way stronger and now I was feeling confused as fuck because of my growing feelings towards Sir Michael..... Damn, just thinking about him made me smile, my whole body warmed up, and for a second I had completely forgotten about K'Lynn going on about the girls at her school.

"Idris you aren't even listening to me." K'Lynn said hitting me in the arm, I turned and looked at her began rubbing my arm to boost her ego a little when the truth is that shyt felt a gentle as a spring breeze. "Boy, I didn't even hit you that hard..... come on let's get some hot chocolate." She said walking over to a street vendor and I watched as she ordered a hot chocolate with extra caramel, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and some Oreos on top, then looked at me expectantly.

"How are you going to say 'let's get some hot chocolate' then make me pay?" I asked ordering a regular hot chocolate and walked off. "This shyt tastes like ass......" I said taking a sip and wanting to throw it away.

"You would know....." K'Lynn said slyly.

"You tryin to find out, just say the word...." I said licking my lips and smiling as she turned bright red. "What? Don't get quiet now, you just had all that mouth but the second a nigga challenges you on it you seem to get all nervous and shyt..... I'm just saying.... I'm single, you're single..... nothing wrong with us experimenting a little." I said enjoying the fact that I could make her so nervous. "I promise, I won't pull your tracks out...." I said smiling.

"See you know damn well this is my REAL hair.... boy you better stop playing with me and as to your offer.... what I look like fuckin with a nigga that's like my brother?" K'Lynn said smirking and I'm not going to lie that shyt hurt..... even though I knew she was playing that brother card is infinitely worse than being placed in the friendzone.

"So you consider me your 'brother' yet you were staring at my dick.... what kind of weird shyt you on?" I asked trying to recover.

"You got a pretty dick..." K'Lynn said shrugging. "And I said you were LIKE my brother..... there's a difference." K'Lynn said stepping towards me, damn she smelled good as fuck... like lilac and jasmine, that shyt made me remember when we were little and she used to make me pick flowers with her in the field by her house.

"K'LYNN!!!!" Someone called out, ruining the moment... I turned to see that nigga Tyree walking towards us and I instantly knew he had a gun on him by the way he was walking. "Lemme talk to you for a second....." Tyree said quietly.

"Actually we were getting ready to go.... kinda running on a schedule, you understand right?" I asked stepping in front of K'Lynn and looking directly into Tyree's eyes. "If you wanna talk to her, then you can call her a little later......" I said daring him to say something. Tyree started to move and I was ready but then he froze and his eyes darted to somewhere behind me; though I knew I was taking a risk, I took a chance and glanced behind me and saw two police officers standing by the street vendor getting hot chocolate.

'We'll talk later....." Tyree said giving me one last look of loathing before walking off. We didn't speak into we were in the car and even then it was small talk..... I really wanted to know what the hell that nigga Tyree was planning; at the least, he wanted to just talk, and at most.... well that was unthinkable.
