I didn't think, I just moved; I went back upstairs and got dressed before coming back down to where K'Lynn was still standing in the exact spot I left her, all I needed was confirmation and that nigga Tyree would be dead. A part of me felt bad about leaving while Sir was still in the shower, I knew he'd probably think I did a smash and dash but after everything we've been through these last few weeks especially after he helped me with 'that' situation, I felt like I owed him an explanation but this was K'Lynn..... I really couldn't explain the bond we had, sometimes it felt like a brother/sister relationship, and other times it felt like something more, so seeing her with a black eye and busted lip...... I pulled her to one of the empty rooms of Carter's house, it kinda looked like an office but Carter had it set up like a game room. I wanted... needed details of what happened before I left though there was nothing she could say that would stop me from doing what I was about to do. I stepped to her and pulled her hood back, in the light it looked a lot worse than I imagined and it only served to fuel my anger towards Tyree.

"Idris.... Idris..... IDRIS!!!!' K'Lynn said snapping me out of my murderous fantasy. "You got that look in your eyes...." K'Lynn said stepping towards me, I tried to avoid her eyes but they had this magnetic pull on me like a black hole.

"Where is that nigga at?" I asked staring into her eyes and for a second she looked confused. "Tyree... I know he's the one who did this to you K'Lynn, so I'm about to go find that nigga and beat the fuck outta him." I said trying to temper my anger.

"Tyree didn't do this.... no I'm being serious, I haven't seen Tyree in about two weeks.... I didn't come over here to get you worked up, I only came here because I needed somewhere safe. Sit down.... let me tell you what happened." K'Lynn said and I was still going to beat Tyree's ass, but I wasn't going to kill him... yet.

"Aight so what happened? I know you didn't let some girl beat your ass because then I'm going to clown you." I said trying to lighten the mood.

"If it was a girl and I lost in a fair one, I wouldn't be so scared...." K'Lynn said as she took a deep breath and began to tell me what happened. "Okay so I was at the mall looking for.... so stuff.... and there was this dude trying to talk to me, naturally I curved him because, one I wasn't interested in two he looked like hell... Of course, his ego couldn't handle rejection and I didn't think anything of it but I should've been more on guard then maybe I would've noticed him following me out to the parking lot......" K'Lynn said tearing up.

"So you don't know who that nigga was? He was just some random creep?" I asked feeling myself getting angry again, it was easier to control my rage when there was a face to it but now all I had to go on was a nameless and faceless person. "Did you see what kind of car was got into?" I asked looking for any little detail to cling onto.

"No, I was too busy trying to figure out how I ended up on the ground and why it felt like I was trying to push out a child from where he stomped me with his big ass boots." K'Lynn said and while I appreciated the fact that she was trying to make a joke out of it, it only served to add to my anger. "Look I just want a drink...." K'Lynn said and I'll admit she was a lot tougher than people gave her credit for.

"I'll go get it.... just wait in here." I said quickly walking out of the room. When I made it back to the party Masai gave me a questioning look but I waved him off and went to the kitchen where Carter had all the liquor and grabbed K'Lynn one of the Mike's Hard Lemonades, as I made my way back to the room I ran into Sir who seemed to be looking for me.

"It's kinda fucked up that you left me up there with a hard di....." Before he could finish I grabbed the back of his head and started kissing him..... It was one of those 'we're going to be fuckin in a few minutes' kisses and Sir seemed to get the message loud and clear.
