Words couldn't express how much I needed this visit from Valentino, don't get me wrong I fucked with everybody but the bond me and Tino had was on another level. Thankfully everyone was still sleeping with the exception of Fat Daddy and Romeraux, who had taken their antics upstairs, so me and Valentino went out back to smoke and talk privately. It felt like years since I've last seen him even though it's only been a few months but he just looked different, he seemed more mature than he had when he left Brittany Hills, hell even when he stopped through for a quick visit he didn't look this.... I won't say old, but older... like he was getting his shyt together. I felt a wave of sadness because it felt like my boy was moving on and I was stuck in the group home, but I would never try to take my boy's shine so whatever I was going through I had no intention of burdening him with my issues. Valentino told me about the crazy schedule he was under and how he barely had the opportunity to just sit down and enjoy his success, I let him know about everything that had been going on in Brittany Hills and he couldn't help but laugh. It felt good having him here, but I was over the small talk, I wanted to get to the real reason he was here.

"So where's the rest of your boy band?" I asked playfully.

"Nigga you know damn well I'm a SOLO act, I've always been the star... even when I was living with y'all musty ass niggas.... But my boys are back at the hotel; Javi and Amaury met some girls at the gas station and invited them back to chill, Qwell's ass is sleep, and Kyrie is..." Valentino tensed up and I laughed. "Nigga you ain't slick...." Valentino said looking at me.

"I mean... you gotta open up, and who is a better person to talk to than your bro.... So what happened?" I asked wanting all the details.

"I got fucked up... I thought we fucked, but Kyrie said we didn't... Okay, fine, coo.... I thought I could leave it alone, but I couldn't so we were in Philly, and well... shyt popped off... I was completely sober and we.... y'know....." Valentino said quietly.

"So y'all fucked?" I asked and Valentino nodded.

"The first time... it was strictly to sate my curiosity... the second time we were somewhere in Virginia and we were drinking.... the third time was pure horniness. The crazy part is I don't feel like I'm attracted to niggas.... Kyrie has this feminine energy to him.... It's all so confusing." Valentino said.

"Not really, you're attracted to feminine energy... you just don't care who that energy is coming from, if you're interested you go after it. It's like Yin and Yang.... you're the type of nigga who likes balance, you need light to your dark, quiet to your loud, cold to your hot..... It's natural. I feel the same with Xion, I'm an aggressive ass nigga.. Xi is more passive, I think that's why we work so well." I said.

"It's just confusing as fuck because I feel like I'm being split up in multiple directions... You know I'm REALLY feeling Qwell's sister Quinn... she's a little older than me but there's something about her, that I can't explain, our conversations are always deep, she waaaayyy more mature than me, and even knowing how I feel she didn't trip when she found out about Shanita being pregnant. Then we get to Shanita.... I feel like she's going to be a never-ending headache and the selfish part of me is hoping that it's not my baby." Valentino said quietly.

"I mean you can find out as early as nine weeks into the pregnancy... if you have doubts the best way is to find out as early as possible." I said and Valentino nodded quietly. "You just gotta present it in a way that makes it seem like you're not calling her a hoe, for some reason women get offended when you ask for a paternity test, but I'm of the mind that if you don't have anything to hide there shouldn't be an issue.... If you're out here living your life I take no issue with that, but a child is a lifetime commitment and shouldn't be used as a tool to keep a nigga, once you have a kid everything you do should always be in their best interest." I said and Valentino gave me his 'serious' face.
