Brittany Hills Chronicles: Act 3

It was around four in the morning when my sleep was disrupted by Eric, in his defense, I knew it wasn't intentional but still.... He moved around the room, half-sleep and I watched as he threw on some clothes (truthfully I was watching that dick), he finished getting dressed and noticed me watching. Under normal circumstances, I was up before him but after the events of last night, I knew why he was up so early.... rolling out of bed, I stumbled around the room before following him into the bathroom. Twenty minutes later, we joined Carter who looked like he hadn't slept a wink moving around the living room impatiently... I also noticed three big ass boxes of donuts sitting on the living room table. The first to arrive was Quantavius and Najee, the walked into the house laughing and giggling (a sign that I took to mean they were coming off a great night), they wasted no time digging into the donuts and talking to Eric about what happened with Collins. Next was Kofi's fine ass... don't tell Eric but I had a small crush on his housemate, I mean could you really blame me? The BDE that Kofi gave off rivaled Eric's. Then Idris showed up with the largest group yet; Masai, Avery, and Sir Michael, seemed like everyone was here... we were just waiting on.....

"Did we really have to meet this early in the morning?" Jace asked walking into the house much to the annoyance of several people, I didn't mind Jace... as long as he stayed out of me and Eric's business then his antics didn't bother me. "Hmm... I notice Wes, O'Shea, and Rondell aren't here... were they not invited?" Jace asked looking through the donuts.

"Ronnie is on his way, Wes and O'Shea weren't invited and I would appreciate it if you didn't mention anything to them." Carter said and Jace nodded. "I guess we can start and fill Ronnie in when he gets here... Aight so....." Carter started before telling everyone what Collins said last night.

"Hold up he called y'all monkeys and y'all let him walk up outta here with all his tooths?" Jace asked and I was pretty sure the word was teeth but his point was still valid.

"Yeah, I agree with Jace. Y'all should STILL be beating his ass...." Kofi said and there was muttering around the room of what people would've done to Collins.

"I pretty much got the same message from Denzel, I guess they're going through the same thing in Seattle." Tay said. "This seems extremely coordinated, and considering the conversation I had with my oldest brother Quentarius....." Tay trailed off but everyone kept looking at him.

"Why are you withholding information? Share with the class..." Jace said and Tay shot him a dirty look but I agreed with Jace, if Tay knew something he needed to let us know.

"Quentarius... he's been over my place the last week or so, he's been trying to convince me to go back to Brittany Hills and 'tough it out', claiming that I wouldn't be there much longer and I might as well finish school, then leave, but.... I feel like his motives aren't tied to my well-being.... and it doesn't help that Natasha is in his ear." Tay said causing Carter and Jace to groan.

"Eww, not Nasty Natasha.... I thought after Poochie dog walked her she'd disappeared back into whatever sewer she crawled out of.... You might be onto something and unlike you, I'm not afraid of your brother so I have no problem stepping to him." Jace said but Tay shook his head.

"Nah, leave it alone... especially now that Landon's back from wherever the fuck he disappeared to... you know he's a loose cannon and with Wes going from zero to a hundred whenever Landon's name is mentioned..... Just steer clear so you don't get caught up in more bullshyt." Tay said and the conversation started to shift back to Brittany Hills when Eric tapped me on the leg and motioned for me to follow him upstairs.

"What are you going to do?" I asked Eric who started pacing around the room.... I'll simply say this much, somehow, someway, I ended up face down with Eric busting all over my back.... "My question still stands...." I said as we stood in the shower.
