"When will you be back?" Clay asks his parents.

"Like one, two in the morning." Clay's mom answers.

"That's in like," Clay starts counting the hours in his head. "That's like 10 hours."

"I know. But we have to take care of the business tonight. We have lots of meetings and paperwork."

That was half true. His parents needed to do some paperwork and meet everyone today. It would only take them about an hour and a half to two hours, though. What would they be doing in the other roughly eight hours, then? If you guessed gambling, you are correct.

"Why wouldn't the meetings start this morning, then?"

"Today was the last day for everything to get done, and this is the only time everyone is available." That though, was completely true.

"Ok. Bye."

His parents walk out of the house. When his parents are gone, Clay's sister comes downstairs. She sees their parents left and begins to talk to Clay.

"What's for dinner?" She asks.

"It's only four. I'll figure it out later." He replies.

"Ok. I'm hungry now, though."

"Fine. I'll take you guys out later. What do you want?"

"In-and-Out."

"In-and-Out?" Clay repeats.

"Mhm." She smiles.

"No. I'll take you anywhere else. We can go there another day."

His sister pouts for a second before a smile appears on her face. "Chick-Fil-A."

Clay rolls his eyes. "Whatever. Go away."

His sister runs upstairs and Clay goes down to his bedroom. He went on Minecraft to pass the time. When he opened Discord, he saw that Nick and George were in a call together. Clay joined the call, instantly hearing the boys laugh.

"What's up, Dream? I'm streaming." Nick greets.

"Hi. Nothing much. Just passing time before I take my siblings out for dinner."

Clay pulled up Nick's stream and started reading the chat. He froze when he saw what the chat was saying. Well, more like asking.

"Why haven't you eaten yet?" "Isn't it 7 for you?" "If it's after 7 for you, why haven't you eaten yet?" These were the main things chat was saying.

"Hi, Dream." Hearing George's voice made Clay smile.

"Hi, George. Chat, I haven't eaten yet because my family had a late lunch." He hadn't told his fans that he moved, and he wanted to wait a while before he did.

After he said that, he heard a ping come from his headset. The ping came from Discord, notifying Clay that someone had chatted him.

George
I miss you

Dream
I miss you, too. I love you

They went back to talking and messing around. A dono would come up, and sometimes George or Clay would answer it for Nick. He was speedrunning, so sometimes he didn't have the chance to read them.

About an hour and a half later, Clay decided he should leave. If he was hungry, he assumed his sister would be extremely hungry.

"Alright, guys. I gotta go. I'm getting hungry, so I'm gonna take my siblings out for dinner now. Bye."
