Wei Ying hummed a soft tune as he swam at the bottom of the sea, sweeping his fingers through the soft sand, his tiara reflecting the surface's light.

Wei Ying's melody rang throughout the sea, attracting all sorts of sea creatures, they swam around him, most not getting too close but some came up and nudged his skin, nuzzling like furry things.

Wei Ying giggled, shaking his head.

Today, he was collecting things to decorate his room with and sending fishes back and forth with the things he finds so he doesn't have to carry them.

So far, he had found enough seashells for another seashell line, a large piece of net that he would cut down to the size of one of his walls so he could hang his findings from, and another necklace.

Interestingly, necklaces are unusually common.

But Wei Ying doesn't mind, they're pretty and they match his tiara.

However, today, he was finding an extreme amount of bottled letters.

Wei Ying huffed, holding five in his arms he shook his head and made his way to the surface, checking it was safe, before popping off the cork to one and prying the paper out.

Dolphins and stingrays circled him, forming a shield just in case.

However, as he began to read he felt himself starting to shake, these were letters to him, from Lan Zhan, or his brother, or his sister, they were begging to talk to him... even if it was just one last time.

Wei Ying sighed, placing the letters carefully back into the glass bottle before returning the cork to its place.

Should I meet them? He pondered.

They wouldn't hurt him and... truth be told he missed them. All of them.

I guess it was pretty rude to leave Lan Zhan without a word... Wei Ying winced, gnawing at his bottom lip, whining softly he flapped his tail, fear settling within.

Shaking his head, Wei Ying decided.

I'll meet them.

I just have to retrieve... something first.

When Wei Ying found the boat, he swam slowly, almost like a snake he slithered to the surface, gripping the edge of the boat with his free hand and listening in.
